We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our innovative team in Málaga. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data, identifying trends, building tech requirements, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst will be:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Manage the application release flow within the App Store and Google Play Store.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
4. Report to the company Product Manager.
5. Analyze data and trends to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processes.
6. Collaborate in product-related decisions.
7. Build the requirements for the development of new features.
8. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
2. Experience with software solutions.
3. 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
4. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques (Ideally, previous experience in tech writing).
5. Experience structuring and creating documentation.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good command of English language.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
10. Familiarity with mobile apps is a plus.
11. Familiarity with loyalty marketing or mobile solutions is a plus.
12. Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus.
