We’re looking for a senior, data-driven Business Analyst to join our Analytics & Data team. We call it Business Analyst, but it’s more than that: part product analyst, part data analyst, with a real slice of data science. You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights that drive product, marketing, and business decisions.
If you’re fluent in SQL, love solving business problems with data and want to own your projects end to end, this role is for you. A product-oriented mindset is essential - and experience in mobile apps or gaming is a strong plus.

Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to design and measure experiments, supporting our data scientist in scaling A/B testing across the company.
Deep-dive into trends, funnels, and cohorts to uncover growth opportunities.
Build models that drive decisions: LTV, churn, user personas and segmentation for monetization.
Take on unique projects, like the matchmaking model behind our user leagues.

5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product/Data Analyst or similar, ideally in consumer apps.
Excellent SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
Solid experimentation skills: you know how to design an A/B test, size it, read it and spot when it’s lying.
Strong product analytics: funnels, cohorts, retention and business KPIs.
Real ownership: you can lead a project end to end, ask others for what you need, prioritize by impact and ship without chasing perfection.
The ability to turn complex analyses into clear stories and recommendations.
Comfort with variety: one day an LTV model, the next an event review.
Fluent English.
Python.
Experience in mobile apps, mobile gaming or LiveOps, or marketplaces.
LTV, churn or fraud modelling.
Mixpanel, Metabase, Firebase, BigQuery or similar tools.

An AI-first team that wants everyone to make the most of the tools.
A profitable, self-funded company in a growth phase, where your work is visible.
Meal vouchers, private healthcare (Alan) and a wellness allowance (Wellhub).
Hybrid working culture with international flexibility.
4 extra Macadam holiday days.
Offices in the heart of Barcelona, Friday team lunches, company events and offsites.
