Business Analyst at Gammaux

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Barcelona.

What you’ll do ️

As a Business Analyst, Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Support the main product owner of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards
• Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units).
• Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products.
• Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products.
• Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements.
• Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals.
• Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance their digital marketing strategies and customer experience.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Based in Barcelona.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Some experience working in the digital sector, preferably in marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps, and SaaS.
• Proficient with analytic tools and performance tracking.
• Preferable technical background with experience in IT-related tasks.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Good with customers and able to build strong relationships.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Innovative and open to exploring new ideas and approaches.
