Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly identify client needs and uncover potential business opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
- Guide clients through their decision-making process, building trust and positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
- Develop a strong understanding of cloud services, including cost management and monitoring tools, with a technical learning mindset.
- Act as a technical resource for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building credibility.
- Understand the stages of the customer engagement or sales lifecycle to better support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Recognize and act on both obvious and subtle sales prospects, including future initiatives and post-evaluation follow-ups.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams, including operations, product development, and engineering, to help improve offerings and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
