As a Business Advisor , your responsibilities include :

  • Gathering information quickly by understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Guiding customers through their journey, inspiring confidence, and establishing trust as a trusted advisor, with a technical understanding of Azure services, costs, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Becoming a trusted technical advisor by clarifying questions and handling objections.
  • Understanding the Azure sales lifecycle and the customer's current stage.
  • Uncovering sales opportunities, including upcoming projects and follow-ups.
  • Providing critical product and program feedback to various internal teams.

Concentrix is a great match if you :

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch with advanced English skills.
  • Possess an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Have at least 5 years of sales experience, 2 years in Account Management and IT, and 1 year in Customer Relationship Management.
  • Have experience with or selling Azure.
  • Are certified in Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  • Have experience with CRM / ERP systems and IT sales processes.
  • Can quickly engage new customers with negotiation skills.
  • Are a Trusted Advisor, capable of consulting on high-level strategy and IT spending.
  • Have strong time management skills, work independently or under supervision, with integrity.
  • Are confident and articulate, capable of communicating with Senior Management.
  • Can provide product and program insights to stakeholders.
