David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Business Advisor for their Málaga office.

Position Details

Position: Business Advisor

Location: Málaga, Spain - Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Quickly identify client needs and uncover potential business opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
  2. Guide clients through their decision-making process, building trust and positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of cloud services, including cost management and monitoring tools, with a technical learning mindset.
  4. Act as a technical resource for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building credibility.
  5. Understand the stages of the customer engagement or sales lifecycle to better support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  6. Recognize and act on both obvious and subtle sales prospects, including future initiatives and post-evaluation follow-ups.
  7. Provide constructive feedback to internal teams, including operations, product development, and engineering, to help improve offerings and customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  2. Same responsibilities as above, emphasizing client needs identification, trust-building, understanding cloud services, and sales lifecycle knowledge.
  3. Recognize and act on sales prospects and provide feedback to internal teams.
