Formación

  • Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Quickly identify client needs and uncover potential business opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
  2. Guide clients through their decision-making process, building trust and positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of cloud services, including cost management and monitoring tools, with a technical learning mindset.
  4. Act as a technical resource for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building credibility.
  5. Understand the stages of the customer engagement or sales lifecycle to better support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  6. Recognize and act on both obvious and subtle sales prospects, including future initiatives and post-evaluation follow-ups.
  7. Provide constructive feedback to internal teams, including operations, product development, and engineering, to help improve offerings and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in Dutch (verbal and written); fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Repeat of key responsibilities to emphasize importance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of cloud services, including cost management and monitoring tools, with a technical learning mindset.
  • Act as a technical resource for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building credibility.
  • Understand the stages of the customer engagement or sales lifecycle to better support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recognize and act on both obvious and subtle sales prospects, including future initiatives and post-evaluation follow-ups.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams, including operations, product development, and engineering, to help improve offerings and customer experience.

Compensation Details:
  • Gross €25,400 EUR + up to €4,000 EUR bonus.
  • Relocation payment of €500 reimbursed after the first month.
  • 39 hours per week, hybrid work model, private medical insurance.
