Location: The position is based either in France or Spain.

Your missions:

1. Take care of the maintenance, evolution, and optimisation of PayFit data warehouse.
2. Perform technical and functional tests of the data.
3. Document the data documentation.
4. Deploy new SQL models in Production.
5. Ensure the data safety and security in the data warehouse to be compliant with the GDPR and the ISO 27001.
6. Manage all the layers of the data warehouse, you will have a strong partnership to help the Data Engineering team build the best staging layer as possible.
7. Be the center of excellence and the best technical buddy of the Data Analyst Team and the OPS Teams.
8. Maintain the semantic layer part.

This job has been tailored for you if:

1. You have at least 3+ years of experience as a Data Player (Engineer / Analyst / Scientist).
2. You speak SQL better than your mother tongue.
3. You have already made data warehouse modelization.
4. You like making small Python scripts to help you in your daily working life.

Your future team: At the Data Tribe at PayFit (15 people), we are currently improving our cloud-based data platform to unlock the full potential of our data, bringing the platform to the next level to empower self-service analytics at a high pace on a strong foundational base, with tools that are currently top tier in the data ecosystem (Airbyte, Airflow, Snowflake).

The analytics engineer team is composed of 5 people inside a 15 people data team. The team is based in France and Spain.

Hiring process:

1. Initial Discovery Call: A Talent Acquisition representative will assess your qualifications and fit for the role - 30 min.
2. Technical interview with the team (2 Analytics Engineers) - 60 min.
3. Interview with Olivier (Lead of Data team) - 60 min.
4. Background Check (ISO27001 certification): identity, diploma, and past professional experiences will be checked after the offer.
