We are looking to hire a Building Coordinator for the coordination of all disciplines involved in the design, procurement and construction of the Project's buildings.

Main functions:

• Promote and lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings of the departments involved in building design.
• Support Building Technical Coordinator in building design, 3D model and constructability reviews and coordinate the closing of Client comments.
• Propose a detailed planning of the buildings showing all building-related activities, follow up on this plan and monitor compliance with the deadlines of each Discipline according to the Project schedule.
• If it is decided to contract the engineering of the buildings to third parties or within a Civil EPC subcontract, coordinate with the disciplines the content and scope.
• Channel and activate the Technical Clarifications to be made with the Client, Vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate all activities between engineering and construction (temporary assignment to site may be required).
• Coordinate with the Procurement group the purchase, tracking and arrival of building-related materials and equipment on site.
• Lead the delivery of Buildings to the Client supporting the Handover team.
• Assist to Subcontracts in the technical clarification phase of the Building Construction Subcontract.

Requirements:

• Higher or Technical Engineering degree. Specialization in Oil & Gas and Energy is highly valued.
• 15 years of experience in similar functions.
• English: Advanced level required.
• Availability for travel to construction sites (international).
