Building Automation Engineer

Are you a skilled Building Automation Engineer looking for your next challenge? Ever thought about moving into a role that blends engineering with strategic client interaction?

Clear are proud to be partnered with one of Europe’s leading BMS and Controls systems Companies —an organisation recognised for its rapid growth, innovation, and impact in the building automation sector.

We are currently seeking a Building Automation Engineer to join their expanding data centre team. In this role, you'll be apart of their expansion across the region focusing on the some largest projects within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and testing BMS systems (Trend/Tridium or similar) to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies.
• Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, including graphics, point mapping, and alarms.
• Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving on-site commissioning issues.
• Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver high-standard installations.
• Supporting project handover with full documentation, training, and operational support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience commissioning BMS systems – ideally Trend, Tridium, or similar Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to work across teams and with clients.
• EU work authorisation.
• Spanish or English fluency (both ideal).
