Currently, we are looking to hire a Health and Safety Technician (Tècnic/a en Prevenció de Riscos Laborals) for our corporate headquarters and logistics platform located in Montcada i Reixac.

Your Challenges

1. Promote prevention within the company and integrate it into daily operations.
2. Implement and monitor global and specific policies on occupational risk prevention, including updating the Prevention Plan.
3. Conduct risk assessments across various work centers, plan follow-up actions, and coordinate necessary training.
4. Coordinate medical review processes with employees and external health monitoring services.
5. Prepare and provide information for inspections and audits by labor authorities.
6. Organize meetings and visits with the Safety and Health Committee.
7. Provide general training and information on topics related to your specialization at all levels.
8. Gather statistical data, prepare specific reports, and presentations related to occupational risk prevention to aid management decision-making.
9. Manage procurement and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Are You the One?

• You hold a Higher Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, or a university degree or diploma in Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics.
• You have at least two years of experience as a prevention technician.
• You possess advanced skills in Office 365.
• You have a driving license, own vehicle, and availability to travel to Montcada i Reixac.
• You are bilingual in Catalan and Spanish.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude, work planning, coordination skills, integrity, self-control, problem-solving ability, responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
• You are passionate about developing your career in occupational risk prevention and ready to showcase your potential in a company that invests in its people.
