We are looking for a highly skilled Training Content Creator to develop engaging, high-impact training materials that empower learners and drive results. If you have a passion for instructional design, gamification, and content strategy, we want you on our team!Role Overview:We are seeking a talented Driver Training Content Creator who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content that aligns with our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, e-learning strategies, and gamification techniques to create an engaging learning experience. They must also be proficient in using design tools to create visually compelling training materials.Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive content strategy for training and e-learning initiatives.- Research, structure, and outline impactful content for e-learning modules, instructional guides, and training manuals.- Write clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including manuals, course content, and instructional documentation.- Implement gamification techniques to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.- Use basic design tools (e.G., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) to create visually appealing infographics, presentations, and other course assets.- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all training materials.- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), designers, and developers to ensure training materials align with company goals and best practices.- Stay up-to-date with learning trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging training technologies.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience as a Training Content Creator, Instructional Designer, or e-Learning Content Developer.- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for educational content.- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and gamification techniques.- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).- Basic design skills in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or PowerPoint to enhance course materials.- Excellent research and organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging and accessible.- Experience in logistics, recruitment, or corporate training (preferred but not required).Nice to Have:- Experience working with LMS platforms.- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.- Video editing or multimedia content creation experience.What We Offer:- Competitive salary & Hybrid work Schedule. - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, tech-driven company.- A collaborative and innovative work environment.- Professional development opportunities.
