Ogilvy in Barcelona is seeking a talented Mid‑Weight Brand Strategist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll define the strategic direction for various projects, employing a mix of creative thinking and research methodologies.

Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of experience in creative environments, strong skills in consumer branding, and excellent communication abilities in Spanish and English. You'll work in a hybrid model with additional benefits in a creative workspace.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio.
• Strong conceptual thinking: the ability to move from abstract ideas to concrete execution.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; Catalan and Portuguese as a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategic territory of each project.
• Conduct ethnography, market analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Present to clients with clarity and conviction.
• Design and facilitate co-creation workshops with clients.
• Work with the creative team from the start.
