Type : Freelance / Independent Contractor

SeatBoost is looking for enthusiastic, sales and customer service oriented Brand Representatives to join our MAD Airport Team! SeatBoost is an exciting mobile seat upgrade solution that lets ticketed passengers bid against other fliers for premium seat upgrades. You will be responsible for letting passengers flying on our partner airlines know about SeatBoost and its benefits to travelers in the airport, encouraging and driving participation in our auctions, helping answer questions, troubleshooting issues, providing solutions and providing outstanding customer service. We work airside at the airline gates and must be comfortable walking around and speaking with passengers.

This job is based out of MAD Airport, pays a competitive hourly rate and is long-term for the right fit. Job Type : Independent Contractor / Freelance(Contratista independiente)

Job Requirements :

• Bilingual English / Spanish - REQUIRED (German, French, Portuguese is a plus!)
• Must be able to pass airport background check
• Must work well individually and in a team environment
• Customer service oriented, patient and an excellent problem-solver to effectively address customer concerns
• Outgoing and friendly with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Exceptional at sales and approaching passengers
• Great at public speaking
