Will be responsible for driving brand Planning process from development to execution and following up brand performance.
Main missions and responsibilities :
- Manage brand budget taking full responsibility for the A&P Budget.
- Alignment with international strategy with constant communication with Brand Owner
- Lead selection and briefings with local agencies and cross functional teams.
- Secure execution and follow up- through of annual plans. ATL and BTL activities.
- Monitor achievement and development opportunities of current strategy. Track and report KPls and draw appropriate insights and recommendations
- Deeply know and understand consumer target to propose activities that resonate among them
- Constantly follow market evolution first hand and understand business needs
- Team management, motivation and development (ie intern, CM...)
- Close collaboration with internal departments
Required Profile :
- University degree, preferable in Marketing or Business Administration. A master degree will be a plus.
- Spanish and English fluent. Other languages will be a plus.
- At least 2-5 years professional experience in the field of brand management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) lndustry
- Familiar with activation and brand experience events, preferably in the music, sports or entertainment industry.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with professional marketing tools, structures and processes
