We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing & Admissions team in Spain and Andorra. In this role, you'll bring our school brands to life — ensuring every message, visual, and experience reflects our values and connects meaningfully with families, students, and communities. From first impressions online to in-person events, you’ll help ensure our schools are consistently represented in a way that inspires trust, curiosity, and pride.

You’ll work across our network of premium international schools and collaborate closely with the central country team. Together, you’ll create high-impact, consistent brand experiences that guide families through every step of their journey with us.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing annual marketing plans and managing budgets in alignment with the country-level strategic marketing plan.
  • Helping define and articulate each school's unique positioning within the broader brand context.
  • Ensuring all brand materials and campaigns are implemented consistently across visual and written communications.
  • Supporting digital efforts, especially optimizing school websites to guide prospective families through their research journey.
  • Building and engaging online communities through thoughtful, well-planned social media strategies and content.
  • Leading the development of both online and offline campaigns that align with our brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Creating a year-round content strategy that tells compelling stories and keeps internal and external audiences informed and inspired.
  • Working closely with Admissions and Digital Marketing teams to implement contact strategies through platforms like HubSpot.
  • Supporting media relations and PR initiatives to highlight the success and unique identity of our schools.
  • Overseeing events that reflect the values and character of each school while creating memorable experiences for families.
  • Managing photo and video production to maintain a high-quality visual content library, aligned with global guidelines.
  • Providing guidance and best-practice support to school-based marketing and communication teams.

You’re probably a great fit if you have

  • 5–7 years of experience in a marketing environment (agency or in-house).
  • A sharp aesthetic eye and experience developing brand equity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
  • A background in campaign development, including creative asset production.
  • Familiarity with service-driven industries (experience in education is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Analytical skills to measure ROI and track key performance indicators.
  • Experience with competitor analysis and market monitoring.
  • Solid time management and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
