What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will combine strategic brand management for key divisions . You will be responsible for driving growth and visibility across the Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, and Software divisions, within the Medtech field.

Brand Management for Clinical, RA & Software Division

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and strengthen our market presence.
  • Identify service portfolio gaps and generate innovative ideas for growth in a dynamic life sciences landscape.
  • Understand buyer personas and key stakeholders to attract and engage the right customers.
  • Oversee content development to create compelling and compliant materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing and business strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities to inform decisions.
  • Plan and optimize marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports
  • Build and nurture relationships with key external partners to enable strategic collaborations
  • Promote the divisions internally and externally to enhance visibility and positioning.

What you bring

  • A Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager (or similar role) in Life Sciences, preferably in Medtech.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities; building relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Experience reporting on marketing campaign performance and translating insights into action.
  • A creative mindset with the drive to grow market share and shape brand perception.
