Une entreprise multinationale recherche un Brand Manager pour son équipe en Espagne. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans la gestion des marques, notamment dans les secteurs de la pharmacie et des produits de consommation. Ce poste requiert des compétences en marketing digital et une capacité à travailler avec des équipes internationales.

Formación

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Brand/Product Manager.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des cosmétiques OTC/Pharmacie.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets et marketing digital.

Responsabilidades

  • Exécute les activités de gestion de marque et de promotion des ventes.
  • Développe et met en œuvre des plans marketing stratégiques.
  • Gère le positionnement de la marque et les campagnes promotionnelles.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Executes brand management and sales promotion activities locally.
  • Based on depth consumer insight, ensures profitable growth and strengthened brand positioning of the brand / product portfolio through innovations and marketing mix.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and control of the strategic marketing plans for the assigned brands, optimizing sales / market share, attracting new customers to the brand, and retaining existing ones.
  • This role involves a blend of analytical and creative skills to effectively manage brand positioning, market research, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The Brand Manager works closely with the sales and Trade department to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall objectives and market needs.

Requirements :

  • Diploma, degree, or bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Other studies (Nutrition, Pharmacy) with specific degrees or experience in marketing / business administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years performing Brand / Product Manager roles in a company within the mass consumer OTC / Pharmacy or Parapharmacy, with knowledge of the food supplements category.
  • Accustomed to public speaking.
  • Experience in project management, working towards objectives.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Digital Marketing experience.
  • A team player, experienced in working with international teams and cross-functional teams.
