Formación

Descripción del empleo

Lead marketing activities from ideation to execution, focusing on growth and profitability. Build partnerships to increase brand awareness, customer base, online visits, and conversions. Coordinate paid media, email marketing, influencer marketing for our DTC site and Amazon, with ownership of influencer and affiliate programs. Ensure all assets are up-to-date across channels and continually improve them with better imagery, videos, and copy. Own website improvements, monitor performance, and optimize for conversion. Oversee organic social media presence and strategy with the social media manager. Analyze shopper behavior, website traffic, and monitor CAC, CPC, and other KPIs. Collaborate with social media marketing, customer service, and management to drive growth strategies. Research industry competitors and trends. Manage external vendors and evaluate partner performance. Take an entrepreneurial approach to marketing initiatives that deliver profitable results. Ensure brand consistency across properties, messages, channels, and assets. Partner with the social media manager to ensure growth on social media KPIs. Review social media content regularly. Develop email marketing strategies and content flows. Lead influencer marketing, identifying key influencers, digital creators, and brand ambassadors, and recommend new partners.

Must have project management expertise, strong aesthetic and graphic design skills, deep empathy for customers, and strong decision-making abilities. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, curious, and results-oriented. Excellent writing skills, analytical ability, and a fun, curious attitude are essential. Must be eager to learn and grow, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, 4+ years' experience in brand management or marketing, bilingual in English, USA experience a bonus. Skills in graphic design, familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms are preferred.
