A dynamic company seeks a Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and profitability through various marketing strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing paid media, partnership building, and optimizing conversion rates. Lead marketing activities from ideation to execution, focusing on growth and profitability. Build partnerships to increase brand awareness, customer base, and online visits, driving conversions. Coordinate paid media, email marketing, influencer marketing for our DTC site and Amazon, managing attribution systems, influencer processes, and affiliate programs. Ensure all assets are up-to-date across channels and continuously improve imagery, videos, and copy. Own website improvements, monitor performance, and optimize for conversion. Oversee organic social media strategy with the social media manager. Analyze shopper behavior, website traffic, CAC, CPC, and other KPIs. Collaborate with social media marketing, customer service, and management to develop growth strategies. Research industry competitors and trends. Act as the day-to-day contact for external vendors and evaluate their performance. Approach marketing initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve profitable results. Ensure brand consistency across properties, messages, channels, and assets. Partner with and supervise the social media manager to ensure KPI growth. Review social media content regularly. Develop a best-in-class email marketing strategy and content flow. Lead influencer marketing strategies by identifying key influencers, digital creators, and brand ambassadors, and recommend new partners.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent, 4+ years in brand management or marketing, bilingual in English, USA experience a plus, graphic design skills, tech-savvy with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
