A leading international brand is seeking a Brand Experience & Community Engagement Manager to drive in-store events and amplify brand presence through strategic PR. This hybrid role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a passion for community engagement. Ideal candidates will have a background in marketing or event management and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
We’re looking for a creative, aesthetically driven Brand Experience & Community Engagement Manager to lead a dynamic calendar of in-store events and activations, while amplifying the brand’s presence through thoughtful PR strategies.
This is a hybrid role that blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who moves confidently between big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery, with a natural understanding of creative communities and cultural conversations.
You’ll be in charge of imagining and producing brand experiences that feel authentic, inspiring, and culturally relevant.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for community building and connection will be key to shaping how the brand is lived and felt.
Event Planning: Design and implement a diverse range of events and activations that engage and inspire the community.
Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive community events calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming activities to internal teams and the public.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
3+ years of experience in community engagement, event production, cultural programming, or public relations - preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and narrative creation.
Digital fluency: Comfortable with social media, influencer outreach, and digital tools to amplify community efforts.
Passion for culture, creativity, and connecting with communities that shape the future of fashion and lifestyle.
KPI-oriented mindset with experience in measuring event impact and optimizing based on data.
