The Role

INNOVATE: You’re a big picture thinker with a sharp creative edge. You see how content, visuals, messaging, and product all tie together. You live at the intersection of data and design thinking not just about how something looks, but how it performs. You’re constantly pushing the brand forward, bringing in fresh ideas, bold visuals, and on trend creative concepts that punch above their weight across every channel.

CREATE: You don’t just direct, you get your hands dirty. From leading a rebrand to writing campaign briefs, you guide the creative process from concept to execution. You work closely with designers and content creators to produce assets that are not only beautiful but built to convert. You know how to turn abstract ideas into scroll-stopping content across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond.

OWN: You own the visual identity and creative integrity of the brand across all touchpoints. Whether it’s a launch campaign or a quick turn TikTok concept, you make sure the work is strategically sound, beautifully executed, and aligned with brand goals. You set the bar and raise it while leading your creative team with clarity, feedback, and high standards. You communicate strategy like a marketer and deliver visuals like a creative director.

What Success Looks Like
Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like:

  • Leading concept development and creative strategy for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, social media managers, media buyers, and leadership to align creative output with business goals.
  • Writing clear, actionable briefs that guide the creative team toward results driven outcomes.
  • Providing feedback, structure, and creative leadership to a team of graphic designers and content creators.
  • Evolving and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital and offline assets.
  • Creating high-level concepts that scale across formats ads, video scripts, social posts, landing pages, emails, etc.
Success in Your First Three to Six Months Looks Like:
  • You’ve established a clear creative process and playbook that keeps the team aligned and productive.
  • You've successfully led multiple campaign launches across multiple platforms with high performing creative.
  • You’ve elevated the brand’s look, tone, and digital presence across key channels.

You’ve become the go to person for turning ideas into cohesive, compelling creative strategies.

Ideal Profile
Must-Haves
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3–5+ years in a creative strategy, brand, or content leadership role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record leading brand campaigns and creative direction across multiple channels (paid, organic, video, web).
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and performance driven creative.
  • Strong copy instincts. You can write headlines, review scripts, and tighten up messaging when needed.
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with designers, videographers, and performance marketers.
  • A portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, brand development, and versatility across formats.
  • An eye for aesthetics, obsession with clarity, and ability to explain why something works or doesn’t.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on brands in finance, fintech, trading, or investment.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, Twitter, Discord TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and content formats.
  • Comfort working in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, or Asana.

Experience supporting paid media teams with ad creative strategies and iterations.
