You will lead the design across packaging, emails, ads, and more, ensuring high-quality and conversion-focused outputs. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in DTC e-commerce or consumer goods packaging, along with strong design capabilities and a strategic mindset.

Our client, a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company in the pet space, is looking for a creative leader with strong packaging and digital design expertise to shape and steward the visual identity of their multi-brand portfolio.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the brand experience across packaging, email, ads, landing pages, and product visuals — ensuring everything is consistent, high-quality, and built to convert.

About the Company

Our client operates a growing portfolio of 8 pet brands, generating 8-figure revenue through subscription-based models. With sales across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok Shop, they’ve built a loyal customer base — and now they’re ready to elevate their creative and brand identity across all touchpoints.

What They’re Looking For

The Brand Creative Lead will oversee all brand visuals and ensure they connect emotionally with customers while driving performance. You’ll combine strategic brand vision with hands-on design and feedback, collaborating with growth, product, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand identity and visual standards across multiple DTC brands.

  • Design and/or direct packaging for consumer goods (must-have).

  • Ensure cohesive, conversion-friendly design across emails, ads, landings, product photography, and print.

  • Partner with developers on UX/UI for landing pages and websites.

  • Manage and mentor freelance designers, giving clear, detailed feedback.

  • Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with performance goals.

  • Report directly to the CEO, contributing to brand and marketing strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4–7+ years in brand/creative roles.

  • Strong experience in DTC e-commerce or consumer goods packaging (CPG, cosmetics, food, pet).

  • Portfolio showing packaging + email + digital campaigns.

  • Hands-on design ability (Adobe Suite, Figma).

  • Experience working with freelancers/teams and managing multiple brands.

  • Analytical mindset: understands how design impacts conversion.
