YOUR IMPACT

  1. Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads): Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking. Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Paid Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.): Manage paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms, targeting specific audiences with engaging content and compelling offers. Experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to maximize ROI.
  3. Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.
  4. Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically across different channels and campaigns. Forecast spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  5. Agency Management: Oversee the performance of external agencies, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and holding them accountable for results. Build strong relationships with agency partners and ensure seamless collaboration.
  6. A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance. Analyze data, draw insights, and iterate on campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
  7. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members (e.g., content marketing, demand generation) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales to understand lead quality and optimize lead flow.
  9. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, including new platforms, technologies, and strategies.

THIS IS YOU

  1. Proven track record in paid media strategies, including SEA and Paid Social campaigns.
  2. Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics).
  3. Up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  5. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in English.
  8. You approach your work with organizational precision, autonomy, and a proactive spirit.
