Una empresa multinacional busca un(a) Brand Ambassador en Bilbao para incrementar la visibilidad de la marca en España. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en el sector de bebidas espirituosas, habilidades en relaciones públicas y será responsable de implementar planes de activación de marca. Se requiere una excelente comunicación en inglés y conocimientos sobre la industria para colaborar con equipos internos y clientes premium.

Formación

  • Experiencia como Brand Ambassador o en relaciones públicas.
  • Fluidez en inglés para sesiones de capacitación.
  • Conocimiento del sector y experiencia con los medios.

Responsabilidades

  • Aumentar la visibilidad y consideración de la marca.
  • Implementar planes de capacitación y activaciones de la marca.
  • Servir como punto de referencia en la industria de bebidas espirituosas.

Brand Ambassador is accountable for help to increase the awareness & consideration of the selected Brand in key Cities/regions of Spain. To devise, pursue and implement actions that will generate brand awareness & consideration and that are related to its positioning. Define and implement the brand education and training activation plan with the team aimed at our premium clients & halo accounts.

Role Responsibilities

Implement catalysts and tasters for the brand aimed at the end consumer which will help to increase awareness and trial the brand, as well as improving its positioning for current clients. Communication and Public Relations. They will have to be the point of reference in the spirits media industry and Key Opinion Leaders, taking part in all the events held by the brand. Mixologist. Developing Master Classes in exclusive locations with an emphasis on stakeholders: consumers, bartenders, the media. Design and implementation of the brand and product training. To ensure compliance with the activation plan and the brand’s defined KPIs. To be the “guardian” of excellence at the point of sales. The search, detection and implementation of new brand opportunities. They will have to explore and understand the potential of the premium hospitality sector where the brand must always be developed with support and guidance under the brand’s demand space. Classification, allocation and targeting of activities by client segmentation, to be developed by trade marketing.

Qualifications

  • Scope:VasqueCountryandNorth-east(Barcelona)

Education and Languages:

WSET Wine & Spirit Education. Level 1 at least. Fluent English to be able to take part in training sessions with the global teams and to receive visits from them.

Experience:

Knowledge of the spirit’s sector. Experience as a Brand Ambassador/PR or have worked with other brands in some capacity, preferably at premium/luxury or mass-market companies. Experience with the media, journalists, bloggers, etc. is desirable

Skills:

Trainer of trainers. Ability to analyze and results oriented. Knowledge of the market, its trends, the competition, and premium consumers/clients. Planning and organization. Collaborative. Interpersonal relationships (both internal and external), sociability and a good presence. Inspirational and Excellent communicator. Adaptable, Proactivity, reactivity, and resilience. Innovation and creativity (thinking outside the box)
