TUI Musement is seeking a Brand & AI Creative Designer to blend top-tier design with AI technologies, delivering bold brand campaigns and scalable creative systems across global markets. You will translate audience insights and brand strategy into compelling, channel-ready creative solutions across digital, social, CRM, websites, print, and retail touchpoints.

You will shape brand guidelines, create visual standards, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency and impact.

Competenze

• Proven experience in brand design, graphic design, campaign creation, art direction or creative development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Portfolio demonstrates concept development across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Contributed to brand guidelines, design systems or campaign toolkits.
• Strong craft in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, imagery and art direction.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; AI-assisted tools desirable.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into visual concepts and storytelling.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative; able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
