Job summary

TUI Musement is seeking a Brand & AI Creative Designer to blend design craft with emerging AI technologies, creating scalable creative systems and engaging customer experiences across global markets.

You'll develop concepts and assets for digital, social, CRM, websites, print, and retail, shaping brand guidelines and visual standards for multi-market delivery. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure consistent brand experiences and leverage AI-assisted tools to elevate outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand design, graphic design,campaign creation, art direction or creative development within either an agency or in-house environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated brand campaigns and translate insights into channel-ready creative solutions.
• Create and adapt assets across digital, social, CRM, websites, retail, print and other touchpoints.
• Shape and evolve brand guidelines, frameworks and visual standards for multi-market delivery.
• Use AI-assisted creative tools to support ideation, prototyping and asset adaptation while maintaining brand alignment.
• Build scalable creative systems, templates and toolkits for efficient adaptation across markets and languages.
• Collaborate with content, campaign, video, production, commercial and product teams to ensure consistency.
• Present creative thinking with clear rationale to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, brand application and AI-enabled workflows.
