Indie Campers is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead our Reykjavik depot. You will manage daily Rental and Servicing operations, lead a local team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while achieving cost efficiency. The role combines hands-on depot work (60-70%) with strategic leadership under the District Manager.

• 7-10 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead the local depot operations and drive customer-focused outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end performance of the Reykjavik depot across Rental and Servicing operations.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift planning and performance feedback.
• Be a culture setter and lead by example.
• Track daily KPIs and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Monitor vehicle availability and reduce downtime; perform repairs when necessary.
• Manage depot costs and maintain cost discipline.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and elevate customer experience.
