Summary

About The Role

• Develop and monitor performance metrics for Digital Finance products.
• Provide support for ad-hoc POC and projects within the Digital Finance Hub.
• Work closely with the broader Digital Finance team to define data requirements for next-generation AI/ML tools to improve decision-making and efficiencies.
• Identify inefficiencies in AI/ML/digital applications and implement improvements for a highly efficient, 'industrialized' approach in planning and forecasting.
• Continuously improve and streamline existing management reporting processes and support the implementation of lean processes to meet changing business demands.
• Co-develop vision and support prioritization of new AI decision-making tools aligned with BPA/Finance functions.
• Own selected AI/ML products, leading their design, development, and implementation by coordinating data science and visualization experts. Ensure successful rollout and adoption across IM.
• Connect newly designed solutions with operational links, leveraging operational expertise for pragmatic implementation in the NVS environment.
• Liaise with other digital/AI initiatives, identify overlaps and synergies, and co-create a digitalization roadmap. Help shape the future organization of BPA/Finance to enable systemic evolution.
• Proactively identify industry benchmarks that can trigger change initiatives. Propose innovative operational approaches and oversee their execution from presentation to top management to results delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or similar, recognized financial qualification.
• 3-4 years of financial experience in a blue-chip healthcare/pharmaceutical company.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) and advanced Excel skills, including data transformation tools like Power Query and Power Pivot.
