A fast-growing tech business is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their remote team on a freelance basis. This role involves utilizing Ruby on Rails and React in a highly collaborative environment to develop impactful solutions. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years' experience, a strong understanding of REST APIs, and a testing mindset. Additional experience in health tech is a plus.

I'm working with a fast-growing tech business that’s scaling their engineering function and looking to onboard a Senior Fullstack Engineer on a freelance basis. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative team working on a platform focused on real-world impact, with a solid tech stack across Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS.

Location:

Fully remote Contract type:

Freelance (B2B) Rate : €260 per day

Must have:

5+ years' experience in fullstack roles Strong hands-on with Ruby on Rails Frontend experience using React (or similar JS frameworks) Strong understanding of REST APIs, OOP, SOLID principles Testing mindset – experience with RSpec, Capybara Exposure to AWS services (S3, EC2, CloudFront etc.)



Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have:

Experience in Health tech Spanish language (bonus, not essential) Experience with CI/CD tools – GitHub Actions, Capistrano Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, NoSQL Monitoring tools – Datadog, Sentry, New Relic
