Formación

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  2. Oversee the accuracy and quality of financial closings and prepare relevant reports within established deadlines.
  3. Provide support to hotel management, auditors, and procurement teams, ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
  4. Manage invoice accounting according to company standards.
  5. Validate that all registered invoices have undergone the required approval processes via Harmon and SharePoint.
  6. Identify and resolve any discrepancies between PMS-ERP applications.
  7. Work alongside the Purchasing and Stores Department to address any issues in the VOXEL platform.
  8. Monitor and control records submitted to tax authorities related to the Immediate Supply of Information (SII).
  9. Oversee bank reconciliations and accounting account reconciliation processes.
  10. Handle amortization accounting and fixed asset records, if applicable.
  11. Prepare financial data required for tax reporting.
  12. Assist in inventory control and consumption reclassification in coordination with the Department Head and storeroom.
  13. Manage and monitor financial forecasts for hotel establishments.
  14. Oversee accruals and ensure accurate cost allocation between hotels, including potential re-invoicing.
  15. Process payroll accounting and reconcile payroll-related accounts, working closely with the HR Department.
  16. Review cash interventions and reconciliations between PMS and ERP applications.
  17. Ensure the accurate preparation of reliable Gross Operating Profit (GOP) reports.
  18. Monitor debt aging and intercompany balances.
  19. Submit all required external and governmental reports (INE) within established deadlines.
  20. Collaborate with other departments on key company projects, providing financial expertise.
  21. Oversee supplier accounts, monitor payment schedules, and ensure timely payments.
  22. Supervise expenses in collaboration with hotel management to meet budget objectives.
  23. Uphold Hyatt’s core values in all responsibilities.

Qualifications

  1. 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management. (CFA, CMA, or CPA certification is a plus.)
  3. High proficiency in English and Spanish.
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
