Concentrix is seeking a BizTalk Server Customer Engineer to act as trusted advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You will design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on BizTalk Server.

This advisory role combines architecture guidance, deep troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well‑architected Azure environments across on-premises and cloud

Formación

• 15+ years in customer-facing technical roles (architecture, operations, consulting).
• Proven ability to deploy and optimize enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure and hybrid solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.

Job Title

BizTalk Server Customer Engineer,
As an BizTalk Server Customer Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You help customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on BizTalk Server.
This is an advisory role, combining architecture guidance, deep technical troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well‑architected solutions on Azure.

Core Technical Skills (Required)

Azure Infrastructure & Hybrid Expertise

Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, with expert‑level focus on the following technologies:

• BizTalk Server

Architecture & Frameworks

• Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with:
• Azure Well‑Architected Framework
• Cloud Adoption Framework
• Ability to translate framework guidance into real‑world, customer‑specific designs, particularly for hybrid, storage, and data‑protection workloads

Broader Azure Knowledge

• Well‑rounded understanding of Azure across:
• IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Integration with on‑premises and third‑party platforms
• Ability to position Azure capabilities within a broader IT and business context

Experience & Background

• 15+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles, such as:
• Systems architecture
• Infrastructure administration and operations
• Cloud and hybrid consulting
• Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven track record of:
• Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise‑scale cloud and hybrid environments
• Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
• Strong experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and technology management
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
