PRACYVA seeks a BizTalk Server Customer Engineer in a full‑time permanent role to advise, architect, and solve complex infrastructure challenges for enterprise and government customers. You will help design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud environments with a strong BizTalk Server emphasis.

The role requires deep Azure knowledge, hands‑on experience, and the ability to translate guidance into real‑world designs across on‑premises, storage, and data‑protection workloads,

• Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure with expert BizTalk Server focus.
• Translate guidance into real‑world, customer‑specific designs for hybrid, storage, and data‑protection workloads.
• IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS understanding; integration with on‑premises and third‑party platforms.
• 15+ years in customer‑facing technical roles including systems architecture and cloud/hybrid consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers.
• Design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions with a BizTalk Server focus.
• Provide architecture guidance and deep technical troubleshooting to achieve resilient, secure Azure solutions.

• BizTalk Server Customer Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You help customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on BizTalk Server.
• This is an advisory role, combining architecture guidance, deep technical troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well‑architected solutions on Azure.

Core Technical Skills (Required)

Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, with expert‑level focus on the following technologies:

• BizTalk Server
• Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with:
• Ability to translate framework guidance into real‑world, customer‑specific designs, particularly for hybrid, storage, and data‑protection workloads
• Well‑rounded understanding of Azure across:
• IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Integration with on‑premises and third‑party platforms
• Ability to position Azure capabilities within a broader IT and business context

Experience & Background

• 15+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles, such as:
• Systems architecture
• Infrastructure administration and operations
• Cloud and hybrid consulting
• Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
• Proven track record of:
• Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise‑scale cloud and hybrid environments
• Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
• Strong experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and technology management
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
