TP Spain is looking for a Biotechnical Presales Consultant with a native level of Dutch to join our team in Barcelona. In this exciting role, you will be in close contact with laboratories, aiming to increase business activities in the selected market area and being responsible for the entire sales cycle.

Main responsibilities:

1. Detect and establish new business possibilities in the selected market area
2. Retain and grow the existing customer base
3. Ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle
4. Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
5. Provide support and attend inbound calls for the on-site team when necessary

Requirements:

• Native level of Dutch (C2) and fluency in English
• Previous sales experience managing sales funnels and maintaining close client contact
• Passion for innovative technical products and scientific research
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent social and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or a related field
• Previous experience with laboratory research techniques is highly desirable
