Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based remote/hybrid role. The candidate will support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany, with emphasis on statistical programming and analysis of clinical data.

Fluency in German and English is required. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong experience in SAS, R, and CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and a keen interest in reimbursement decision-making and HEOR workflows.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
2+ years in SAS programming and experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets preferred.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access is advantageous.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
