IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for Spain-based remote/hybrid work to support health technology assessment and market access activities. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong interest in applying clinical evidence to reimbursement decisions and a focus on statistical programming.

The candidate should have >2 years of SAS programming and clinical data analysis experience, CDISC SDTM/ADaM knowledge, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.

Responsabilités

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate analysis workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and related HTA bodies.
