Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities. The role focuses on statistical programming for AMNOG dossiers, analysing trial data, and ensuring rigorous, reproducible analyses in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SAS programming and CDISC SDTM/ADaM, strong statistics knowledge, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
Knowledge of German AMNOG, IQWiG methodology or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G‑BA, and related HTA bodies.
