Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German for a Spain-based, remote/hybrid role. The candidate will support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany, with emphasis on statistical programming and data analysis.

The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists, requires strong English and German language skills, and involves collaboration across Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams. A solid background in SDTM/ADaM is expected.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety and endpoints.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
Contribute to automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
