RED is seeking a BIM Coordinator to be based in Madrid. You will lead BIM tasks for data centre projects, setting up CDEs, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and ensuring model quality and compliance with project requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in BIM for MEP/CS&A, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and strong English/Spanish communication. Excellent organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Grado en Ingeniería or Master in a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360/Forma
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong Building Services knowledge
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams

Responsabilidades

• Set up BIM environments and coordinate with project teams
• Produce and maintain BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specs using Autodesk Forma/Navisworks
• Coordinate clash detection and manage deliverables per project programme
• Provide technical BIM support and training to team members
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and project meetings
