360BIM seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation on large-scale projects and be the first point of contact for BIM topics. You will coordinate requirements with project management and ensure BEP-aligned deliverables.

Develop and implement design technology workflows (Revit and beyond), create project-specific parametric content, and mentor staff in Revit and BIM methodologies. Flexible hours with remote options in Seville.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or similar.
• 4–5 years with Revit as core BIM tool.
• Strong knowledge of Revit Family Editor.
• Experience in 3D coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of national and international BIM standards (ISO 19650).
• Ability to prioritize independently and delegate BIM tasks.

As BIM Manager at 360BIM, you are the strategic mind behind our digital projects. You lead BIM implementation on complex large-scale projects and are the first point of contact for all BIM-relevant topics.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating BIM requirements in close collaboration with project management.
• Responsibility for BIM deliverables and supporting the team in implementation according to BEP.
• Advising and optimizing project workflows through expert knowledge.
• Developing and implementing design technology workflows (Revit and beyond).
• Creating and maintaining project-specific parametric content (families).
• Strategic support for 3D coordination, interoperability and clash detection.
• Mentoring and training employees in Revit and BIM methodology.
• Continuous monitoring and quality assurance of Revit models.

Requirements

• University degree (Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar).
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience with Revit as a core BIM tool.
• Great passion for the intersection of architectural technology and computation.
• Deep knowledge of the Revit Family Editor.
• Proven track record in 3D coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Ability to set priorities independently and delegate BIM tasks strategically.
• Solid knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Nice to have

• Skills in: Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, Python or general programming.
• Experience with Grasshopper, Enscape and Autodesk Construction Cloud (CDE).
• Practical experience in design and construction.
• Fluent handling of digital collaboration solutions.
