Job summary

360BIM in Seville is seeking a BIM Project Coordinator to lead BIM efforts on one or more projects, serving as the go‑to BIM contact for the team. You will coordinate with PMs, support deliverables to BEP standards, assist the project architect with coordination tasks and clash detection in Navisworks, and establish design technology workflows in Revit.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Architect/Engineer/Architectural Technologist with 4–5 years Revit experience, solid Navisworks skills, and a

Qualifications

4–5 years of professional work experience using Revit as core tool.
Qualified Architect, Engineer, or Architectural Technologist.
Solid knowledge of BIM standards & requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate BIM efforts on the project in collaboration with PM.
Support the project team in delivering documentation according to BEP.
Coordinate with the project architect on coordination tasks and clash detection (Navisworks).
Establish and implement design technology workflows within Revit.
Create and maintain project-specific parametric content.
Troubleshoot and maximize BIM effectiveness.
Educate staff in Revit and related software.
Monitor and streamline Revit models.
