Formación

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Revit MEP und/oder AutoCAD Plant3D.
• Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung von LOD und LOI.

Responsabilidades

• Zusammenarbeit mit BIM-Leiter und Site Engineers.
• Erstellung detaillierter 3D-BIM-Modelle gemäß dem BIM-Ausführungsplan.
• Durchführung von Clash-Tests für MEP-Dienste mit Navisworks.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM Lead and Site Engineers
• Develop virtual models for specific design disciplines, ensuring documentation standards are met
• Create detailed 3D BIM models aligned with the BIM execution plan
• Coordinate and perform clash testing on MEP services using Navisworks
• Set up additional Revit families and templates
• Coordinate with relevant trades
• Attend project meetings

Role Requirements

• Previous BIM experience
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Good understanding of mechanical services
• Experience in delivering LOD, LOI
• Teamwork skills

A third-level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a technical field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD Plant3D within a design or contracting environment, could make you an ideal candidate for this role.
