Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and BIM.

BIM Architect
5 to 10 years of experience

Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is looking for BIM Architects with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our growing team in Barcelona. The role involves handling a variety of projects from around the world at different scales.

This is a full-time position based in our Barcelona office, La Fábrica.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for various projects, both digital and print, from idea/concept to execution.
• Develop design concepts through phases, from schematic ideas to Construction Documents, utilizing Revit 3D BIM modeling with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Create architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for all project stages, including Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Working Drawings, for owner, contractor, and consultant deliverables.
• Create customized Revit content and assist with firm-wide dissemination.
• Contribute to and assist leadership with firm-wide Revit standards, model management, and provide technical support to other Revit modelers.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines and workflow milestones.

Requirements

• Education in architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit software and BIM methodologies.
• Knowledge of BIM software coordination tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, BIMCollab, Synchro is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of BIM360 or ACC is highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a highly productive and collaborative environment.
• A passion for operating at the highest industry standards.
