This full-time position involves designing innovative concepts, preparing comprehensive architectural documentation, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture and proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies, as well as experience with coordination software.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience required.

Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is seeking BIM Architects with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our expanding team in Barcelona. The role involves handling a diverse range of projects worldwide at various scales. This is a full-time position based at our Barcelona office, La Fábrica.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for digital and print projects from idea to execution.
• Advance design concepts through phases from schematic ideas to Construction Documents using Revit 3D BIM modeling with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details for all project stages, including Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Working Drawings, for owner, contractor, and consultant submissions.
• Create customized Revit content and support firm-wide dissemination.
• Assist leadership with Revit standards, model management, and technical support for other Revit modelers.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines and workflow milestones.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture and BIM.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit software and BIM methodologies.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination software such as Navisworks, Solibri, BIMcollab, Synchro is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
• Desire to operate at the highest industry standards.
