Una empresa de arquitectura en España busca un Arquitecto BIM con experiencia para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona. El candidato ideal contará con un grado en arquitectura y 3-5 años de experiencia en modelos BIM a gran escala utilizando Autodesk Revit. Formación

• 3-5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
• Fluidez en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Modelar y producir planos utilizando Autodesk Revit.
• Preparar documentación precisa durante todas las fases de los proyectos asignados.
• Crear familias y contenidos 2D/3D en Revit según sea necesario.

To ensure every detail is perfectly executed when we turn ideas into reality, we are currently looking for a BIM Architect with 3-5 years of experience in participating in large scale BIM models using Autodesk Revit. As a BIM Architect, you will be in charge of:

• Join the project workflows with a complete awareness of BIM methodology and way of thinking
• Modeling and producing layouts with Autodesk Revit complying with company internal BIM standards and BEP, as directed by the Project Leads
• Preparing accurate documentation throughout all phases of assigned projects
• Using modeling best practices to produce quality models and project deliverables
• Creating Revit 2D/3D families and contents, as needed
• Interest in Architectural Detailing or the integration with Interior Design is considered a plus

ABOUT YOU

You have a professional degree in architecture and 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position.Through your resume & portfolio you are able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are able to work independently as well as part of an effective team. You are organized and are able to work with deadlines. You know your way around BIM (Revit) and are fluent in Spanish and English.
