Veepee, a pioneer in online flash sales, seeks a Supply Planner to plan campaigns, coordinate with suppliers and monitor deliveries. The role requires fluency in English, Spanish and French, basic Excel skills, and at least 1 year of experience.

The position offers a flexible hybrid office with up to 2 days at home and health insurance. Based in Spain, this permanent role focuses on maximizing lead times and quantities while maintaining high service levels across the supply chain.

Formación

• University education in business or engineering; Master in Supply Chain preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills and office automation.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Strong numerical reasoning.
• Organized, structured and results oriented.
• Able to adapt to changing needs and multitask.
• Team spirit and proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Plan campaigns to maximize lead times and quantities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and set objectives/actions.
• Follow up on supplier deliveries to meet agreements.
• Monitor logistics variations and ensure optimal delivery conditions.
• Inform suppliers and involved teams about delivery incidents.
• Resolve incidents efficiently.
