Konecta in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to optimize scheduling, allocate resources, and monitor performance. You will ensure service quality through accurate planning and data-driven decisions, collaborating with production teams to handle peak activity.

The role requires fluent French and English, with Spanish knowledge a plus, and offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model after an initial period.

Formación

• 1–5 years of experience in workforce scheduling.
• Ability to manage a large number of employees and schedules.
• Proficient with scheduling tools and Excel.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare schedules for operators considering call volumes, skills, and constraints.
• Optimize resource management according to activity forecasts and needs.
• Analyze team performance and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production managers to anticipate peaks and adjust resources.
• Provide detailed reporting and summaries of scheduling data.
• Monitor absences and holidays to ensure service continuity.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements.
• Implement continuous improvement in schedule and production management.
