Veepee is seeking a proactive Campaign Planner to optimize member experience by coordinating campaigns with suppliers and monitoring delivery performance. The role involves setting objectives, tracking lead times, and resolving delivery incidents.

You will communicate with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth logistics and adaptable responses to changes. A background in business or engineering with at least 1 year of experience is expected, plus strong Excel skills.

Formación

• University education in business or engineering; a Master in Supply Chain is highly valued.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan campaigns to maximize member experience, focusing on lead times and quantities.
• Contact suppliers and set objectives and actions for campaigns.
• Follow up supplier deliveries to meet agreed terms and conditions.
• Monitor logistic variations to ensure deliveries occur under optimal conditions and without incidents.
• Inform suppliers and internal teams about delivery incidents and resolutions.

Your mission is to plan campaigns efficiently in order to maximize the member experience in terms of lead times and quantities.

• Contact with the supplier
• Setting of objectives and actions
• Follow-up of supplier's product deliveries (in order to comply in time and form with previous agreements)
• Follow-up of possible variations in the logistic process (delivery in optimal conditions and without incidents)
• Informing the supplier and areas involved about the incidents that occur during the delivery of products
• Incident resolution
• Basic training: University education in business or engineering, very valuable Master in Supply Chain
• Desired hard skills for the position: Good command of office automation, mainly Excel
• A fluent level in English/Spanish and French
• Previous experience: At least 1 year
• High numerical reasoning capacity
• Serious and structured person, good organization skills and result oriented
• Ability to improvise, adaptable to needs and changes
• Multitasking

• Intensive workday on Friday
