Formación

Position Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

Physical Requirements

This role operates in a professional office setting. You will be mostly sedentary, sitting/standing long hours while using a computer and phone headset. You may need to move about the office, reach, lift objects up to 40 pounds, and operate office equipment.
