Abeienergy is seeking a bilingual Project Developer to lead renewable energy projects primarily in Germany while based in Spain. In this hands-on role, you will identify and develop solar and BESS projects, from land scouting to managing the development cycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development, a strong understanding of solar technologies, and excellent negotiation skills. Join us to make impactful contributions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development.
• Solid understanding of solar PV projects and the development cycle.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and originate new project opportunities in Germany.
• Negotiate directly with landowners.
• Lead and support M&A processes.
• Analyse land restrictions and site suitability.
• Manage grid connection applications.
• Coordinate across internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
